Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a  Business Analyst Dynamics 365 Commerce  in one of our opportunities in the  Retail  industry in  Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna ?

Your missions?

• Support the  Finance workstream  within a global rollout of a  Dynamics 365 Commerce Store Commerce/POS solution  across international markets.

• Act as the  Finance functional counterpart  within the rollout programme, working closely with the POS Squad, business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Analyse country-specific  financial, tax and regulatory requirements , ensuring they are correctly translated into functional requirements and reflected within the solution.

• Analyse and document  Retail and POS processes , including transactions, receipts, promotions, discounts, payments and transaction reconciliation.

• Gather, analyse and manage business requirements, supporting the definition of functional solutions in an  Agile delivery environment .

• Work with interconnected systems and integrations, analysing  interfaces and data flows  across multiple applications.

• Ensure alignment between  Finance processes, Retail/POS requirements and technical solutions  across the wider solution landscape.

• Support  testing, solution validation, implementation and rollout activities  across different international markets.

• Identify and manage functional issues, dependencies and potential impacts across Finance, POS and integrated systems.

• Work effectively with  business and technical stakeholders  in a global and remote environment, ensuring clear communication throughout the rollout lifecycle.

Your profile ?

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least  5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting or similar roles .

• Strong experience in  Retail and POS environments , with a good understanding of POS operations and processes.

• Hands-on experience with  Dynamics 365 Commerce (Store Commerce/POS) .

• Strong understanding of  Finance-related business processes within Retail environments , including transactions, payments, receipts, promotions and reconciliation.

• Experience analysing  financial, tax, fiscal and regulatory requirements , particularly in relation to Retail/POS processes.

• Experience working with  interconnected systems, integrations, interfaces and data flows  across multiple applications.

• Experience working in  Agile delivery environments , supporting requirements management, testing and solution validation activities.

• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across  business and technical teams .

• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the willingness to learn new systems and business processes.

• Fluent in  English , both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of  Azure integration capabilities and services  would be a plus.

• Broader knowledge of  Microsoft Dynamics 365 beyond Commerce/POS  would be considered a plus.

• Hybrid position:  1 day per month in  Milan offices .

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract:  Gross Annual Salary in the range of  EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000 , depending on seniority, experience and skills.

• Freelance contract:  Daily rate in the range of  EUR 250–300/day , depending on experience and expertise.

• Applicable CCNL:  Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
