Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager – Amplifon

Responsibilities

Lead a small team and ensure project objectives are met on time and to high quality standards.

Gather, analyze, and interpret customer data at a global level to provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and country stakeholders.

Translate data insights into clear, compelling recommendations for marketeers and other stakeholders.

Lead regular product, pricing, and revenue analyses; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce dedicated reporting.

Extract data for ad‑hoc analyses to deepen understanding of specific business questions.

Design, build, and maintain business KPI dashboards from raw, heterogeneous data, ensuring data quality and readability.

Create and manage data flows from data warehouses using SQL (Python is a plus).

Gather customer insights from Speech Analytics.

Act as a point‑of‑reference for the Global CRM team, working with IT to plan and prioritize CRM projects, optimize resources and budget, and manage data governance and data rooms.

Qualifications

University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

At least 6 years of experience working with large data sets, building statistical models, and creating dashboards.

Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other BI systems / data analysis tools.

Advanced SQL skills; knowledge of Python is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel as required.
