We are looking for a Logistic Services Buyer to join our international Procurement & Logistics team.
In this role, you will manage logistics services purchasing , support international transportation flows , and work closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics stakeholders to ensure cost control, service performance and operational continuity across global markets.

Support the Finance team in the invoice validation and cost control process , ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed logistics rates
Perform logistics cost analysis and transportation cost evaluations , validating pricing for each shipment with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers
Manage and develop the relationship with the Brazil sourcing hub , providing daily operational support on finished product export logistics
Coordinate inbound international logistics flows from raw material suppliers to Prometeon factories
Work cross-functionally with the Supply Chain team to define international transportation strategies and logistics requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Procurement / Purchasing , Transportation or Supply Chain roles
Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics or Management
Proven experience in managing logistics service providers , including transport carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL and warehousing providers
Hands-on experience with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation and negotiation in logistics and transportation services
Strong knowledge of logistics cost structures (transport rates, fuel surcharge, accessorial and extra costs)
Strong analytical skills , with the ability to perform cost comparison and spend analysis
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid knowledge of MS Office tools
Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian required
Proactive, autonomous and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international supply chain environment
