Manage customer relationships and provide support regarding logistics operations, shipments, and order fulfilment.
Process goods receipt documentation and maintain accurate system records.
Prepare picking lists and support warehouse operational activities.
Generate and manage delivery notes and transport documentation.
Maintain accurate customer master data, including address validation and updates.
Handle returns and related administrative processes.
Prepare operational reports, statistics, and performance data.
Coordinate with transport providers and labour suppliers to support daily operations.
Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
Work with internal ERP and logistics management systems to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Previous experience (1–3 years) in logistics, warehouse administration, customer service, or supply chain operations.
Ability to communicate effectively in English within an international environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.
A 12-month fixed-term contract.
