LWP Itala, società del gruppo e-work, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore Energy e Facility Management, uno/a Capo servizio - Settore Pulizie La risorsa, risponderà alla Responsabile CoE Soft Services, e si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Gestione delle commesse presenti sul territorio di competenza, per quanto attiene l'erogazione dei servizi soft, in particolare cleaning;
Controlloe approvvigionamento dei materiali;
Valutazione e prospetto di misure volte ad ottimizzare i servizi erogati.
Requisiti: Diploma;
Conoscenza dei principali macchinari e tecniche di pulizia di immobili aziendali (siti produttivi ed uffici);
Esperienza nella gestione di squadre operative.
CCNL: CCNL Multiservizi Industria. Tempo Indeterminato. RAL: 30-35K. Benefit: PC, Cellulare, Ticket da 8.26 euro e Auto aziendale. Orario: Full Time, 40 ore settimanali, Lun-Ven, con disponibilità ad effettuare straordinari, preventivamente richiesti e concordati.
Sede: Milano, con disponibilità a frequenti trasferte giornaliere nell'Area geografica di pertinenza.
