LG Technical Manager

Experteer Overview  In this role you will steer the industrialization of leather goods from design through to mass production, ensuring feasible, cost-effective, and high-quality processes. You will align construction methods with product briefs, collaborate across Product Development and Prototyping, and supervise a team focused on analysis, optimization, and documentation. You help bridge prototype to production, validate processes, and drive continuous improvement in a luxury manufacturing context.

This is a hands‑on leadership position that shapes scalable, repeatable production workflows and quality standards.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Interpret product development briefs, technical specifications and quality standards for leather goods
Lead and coordinate a team responsible for industrialization, technical analysis, and process optimization
Plan workloads and priorities based on development timelines and production calendars
Support team development and promote adoption of advanced industrialization tools, technologies, and methodologies
Define construction methods, materials, and components with Product Development, Pattern Making, and Prototyping for mass production
Collaborate with Production to ensure smooth transition from prototype to industrial production and resolve technical issues
Oversee creation and approval of technical documentation, BOMs, and production cycles
Manage process validation to meet quality and efficiency targets before mass production
Responsabilità   8+ years of experience in industrialization and manufacturing processes for leather goods within the luxury industry
Strong expertise in leather goods construction, materials, and production techniques
Proficiency with industrialization software and production planning tools
Ability to analyze and optimize production flows, costs, and quality
Solid understanding of quality control standards, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
Proven experience managing industrialization projects from concept to full‑scale production
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
