Trim Developer

Experteer Overview  As a Trim Developer at Burberry, you translate creative vision into high-quality trims for ready-to-wear, ensuring alignment with design intent, timelines, and budget. You will collaborate with Design, Product Development and Engineering to bring innovation and craftsmanship to every detail. You manage vendor relationships and the trim development plan, driving timely delivery and quality. This role supports Burberry’s mission of sustainable luxury by integrating craft with commercially viable solutions.

You will contribute across cross-functional teams to shape products and processes.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Build and maintain partnerships with vendors to understand capabilities, capacity, and delivery timelines
Lead seasonal trim research and present concepts aligned with design direction and brand standards
Define and manage the trim development critical path, ensuring milestones and proactive risk management
Oversee sourcing, ordering and delivery of trims to meet quality, cost, and timing targets
Collaborate with Design, Product Development and Engineering to resolve technical challenges and support product testing
Maintain accurate PLM data to ensure consistency and transparency across development
Responsabilità   Strong understanding of trim development, materials, and construction
Experience working with vendors and clear, effective communication
Ability to manage multiple projects with balance of creativity and cost awareness
Knowledge of fabrics, raw materials, garment construction and leather
Effective communicator capable of influencing cross-functional teams

Experience with PLM and Microsoft Excel and attention to detail
