Gucci is seeking a senior Product Development leader for Women’s RTW Outerwear and Formalwear to drive end-to-end luxury garment development. You will work across Design, Merchandising, Pattern Making and Atelier to translate concepts into production-ready pieces while preserving design intent.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years in luxury fashion, with at least 4 years in Women’s RTW Outerwear/Formalwear, and fluency in Italian and English.
