Smartbox is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketplace Intern for the EU markets. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our marketplace activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in the e‑commerce industry, particularly within pureplay environments.

Key Responsibilities   Conduct daily order checks to ensure compliance with marketplace Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Liaise with Smartbox customer service teams to ensure all customer queries are promptly addressed.
Coordinate with various marketplaces to finalize operations and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the product marketing team to keep product content current on all marketplaces.
Understand and monitor Smartbox tools and systems, including Lengow, Babelway, and Power BI.
Provide support to the Pureplay Key Account Manager (KAM) in daily operations, including crafting presentations and preparing reports.
Qualifications   Minimum of 1 year of experience in e‑commerce.
Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis.
Background in performance marketing.
Strong interest in marketplaces and e‑commerce.

Preferred Qualifications   Proficiency in English and French.
A first‑level university degree.
