SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The person we're looking for has strong strategic, organizational, and analytical skills, a strong propensity for sharing ideas and creative insights, while always maintaining a focus on data, metrics, and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

● Defining the social strategy for assigned clients, in line with tone of voice, target audience, and brand positioning

● Drafting and supervising editorial plans for various channels (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)

● Collaborating with the creative team to produce visual and video content

● Coordinating content production and publishing

● Client management throughout all operational phases: briefing, strategy sharing, periodic alignments, reporting

● Community management and moderation

● Managing advertising campaigns (planning, activation, and monitoring)

● Monitoring performance and optimizing strategies based on collected data

● Creating periodic reports and presentations for clients

Required Skills:

● Excellent knowledge of the dynamics of the main social networks (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, Tik Tok) and the main channel KPIs

● Experience with publishing tools and content analysis (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Semrush, etc.)

● Expertise in managing advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and Linked In Ads (concept, configuration, monitoring, optimization)

● English: fluent

● Nice to Have: previous experience in Automotive.
