Experteer Overview
In this role you will craft and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across the EMEA region to drive customer engagement and growth. You will translate marketing objectives into engagement strategies, manage multi-channel programs, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences. You will lead campaign planning, performance tracking, and optimization, with a focus on data-driven decision making in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities   Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans for product lines and segments in EMEA
Translate objectives into customer-centric engagement strategies and define channel mix and journeys
Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, digital nurturing, webinars, social, paid media, events)
Partner with Marketing Program Managers to define objectives, KPIs, and optimization plans
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-time campaign execution
Lead strategic international events, including booth design, promotions, budgeting, and coordination
Build audience segmentation and assets to ensure a consistent brand experience across touchpoints
Manage campaign setup in CRM and marketing platforms with compliant tracking
Monitor and report on performance, engagement, lead generation, and ROI, driving improvements
Support digital transformation and marketing innovation using new technologies and AI-powered capabilities
Qualifications   Curious, digitally minded marketer with collaborative mindset in an international setting
Experience combining creativity, data, and technology to deliver measurable results
Comfort with innovation and continuous improvement in a regulated industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years in marketing communications, digital marketing, campaign management, or event marketing
Solid understanding of email marketing, automation, social media, digital advertising, webinars, events, and lead nurturing
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and external partners
Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actions
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms;
Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity is a plus
Experience in regulated industries (life sciences/healthcare/pharma) is a plus
Strong written and verbal English communication
