The Head of Brand and Media will play a key role in positioning DAZN as the undisputed leader of sports streaming in Italy. This is a high-visibility leadership position: the role owns brand strategy decisions and the allocation of media space across campaigns, and defines how the brand shows up, consistently and distinctively, across every communication channel — television, digital, social, out-of-home, PR and live events.

On partnerships and collaborations, the role contributes to decisions led by the Partnerships/Sales team, and is expected to proactively propose new marketing partnerships that add value to the DAZN brand.

The successful candidate will own the brand’s tone of voice for each channel, ensuring that DAZN speaks with one consistent identity while adapting its expression to the audience and format of every touchpoint, and will bring a solid understanding of the digital acquisition funnel to connect brand campaigns with performance and subscriber growth objectives. They will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the wider marketing, sales, content and communications teams to translate DAZN’s positioning into campaigns and media choices that reinforce its leadership in sports streaming.

The role leads a team of two (brand campaign execution and media planning) and maintains a functional, non-hierarchical relationship with DAZN Group’s Central Brand team to stay aligned with global guidelines.

Compensation & benefits:

The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position will be in the range of 70.000 – 80.000, determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and commensurate with experience, professional skills and qualifications. The employee will be assigned to the level Quadro under the NCBA of the Trading Sector. In addition, a variable bonus, subject to company and/or individual targets, may be paid in accordance with DAZN's incentive plans.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own DAZN Italia’s brand strategy and positioning, ensuring the brand is consistently represented as the clear leader of sports streaming across every market touchpoint.

Lead decisions on media space allocation for brand campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, connecting brand investment to commercial objectives (acquisition, retention, engagement).Contribute to decisions on brand collaborations and partnerships led by the Partnerships/Sales team, and proactively identify and propose new marketing partnerships (talent, creators, sponsors, media and cultural partners) that add value to the DAZN brand.

Define and safeguard DAZN’s tone of voice and creative guidelines for each communication channel — TV, digital, social, out-of-home, PR and live activations — adapting expression while protecting brand consistency.

Develop and oversee integrated brand and media campaigns, in coordination with the CRO and the marketing, content, sales and PR teams, from strategy through execution and performance measurement.
