Position: QA Specialist – UPS Healthcare Location: Somaglia
Experteer Overview In this role you will monitor the distribution center’s Quality System to ensure compliance with drug, medical device, and food supplement regulations. You will maintain quality processes through procedures, training, audits, CAPA and change control. You’ll support external and regulatory audits, guide QA inquiries, and drive continuous improvement in regulatory adherence. This position blends hands‑on quality assurance with cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid, permanent setup.

Benefits Train staff in GDP/GMP requirements

Draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures Conduct facility inspections and manage CAPA activities

Support and communicate during external and regulatory audits

Liaise with regulatory officials and respond to QA inquiries

Monitor processes for regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness

Investigate discrepancies and elevate findings

Support NCR reporting and change control follow‑up Drive maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Systems Requirements Experience  in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food industries preferred

QA experience considered a plus Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, CTF, Biology or related field

RP/QP designation is a plus; not required

Risk Analysis with FMEA tool is a plus
