Quality control coordinator

Overview In this role you will coordinate quality control activities on‑site, acting as the focal point for inspections, notifications, and data to support quality reviews. You will schedule inspectors and align pre‑inspection meetings across multiple projects and vendors, ensuring accurate MDRs and manufacturing records. You’ll contribute to system improvements and maintain inspection registers to uphold ISO standards. Join a proactive team focused on meticulous quality in heavy engineering manufacturing.

Responsibilities Coordinate issuance of test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers to ensure timely, exhaustive submissions

Schedule and allocate Agency Inspector / No

Bo / QC Engineer attendance for QC activities, including pre‑inspection meetings and inspections

Maintain registers of inspection notifications across multiple projects and vendors/sub‑contractors

Assemble manufacturing record books / MDRs according to approved indexes

Prepare data to support Quality management reviews and system improvements

Qualifications

Experience in coordination/administration within engineering/manufacturing

Experience in fast‑paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environments

ISO environment experience

Excellent numeracy and accuracy

Strong initiative and autonomous decision‑making

Proficient in Excel, Word, Share Point Bilingual  Italian/English communication skills

Reliable, organized, detail‑oriented team player

Can‑do attitude

Salary range €40,000–€50,000 per year
