Responsabilità principali:
Supervisione delle attività di Quality Operations: gestione batch, investigazioni e supporto on field
Coordinamento del team QA e presenza operativa in produzione
Gestione delle attività giornaliere
Contributo a progetti QA trasversali
Requisiti:
Esperienza di 5–7 anni in Quality Assurance in ambito farmaceutico
Solida esperienza in Quality Operations
Conoscenza di ambienti sterili/classificati e Annex 1
Inglese livello B2
Certificazione QP considerata un plus
Competenze chiave:
Leadership e gestione di team eterogenei
Empatia, assertività e capacità di gestione dei conflitti
Elevata maturità professionale e adattabilità a contesti in cambiamento
