ABOUT

THE ROLE – QA/QC Coordinator (Oil & Gas)
We are looking for a  QA/QC Coordinator  with solid experience in the  Oil & Gas sector  to support complex EPC projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for  coordinating Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities , ensuring that project processes and deliverables comply with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise  QA/QC activities  throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
Implement and monitor the  Project Quality Management System (QMS)  according to company and project standards.
Prepare, review, and approve quality documentation such as  Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and procedures .
Coordinate  QA/QC inspectors and quality personnel  involved in project activities.
Monitor  inspections, tests, and verification activities  during fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
Manage  Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs)  and ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Interface with  clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams  regarding quality-related matters.
Support  internal and external audits , ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
Track quality performance and promote  continuous improvement initiatives .
Support the preparation of the  final quality documentation and project dossiers (Manufacturing Record Book / Quality Dossier) .

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering  or a technical diploma with equivalent experience.
Minimum  5–10 years of experience in QA/QC roles  within  Oil & Gas projects .
Strong knowledge of  Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes .

Experience with  Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), audits, inspections, and quality control procedures .
Familiarity with international standards such as  ISO 9001, API, ASME, and other industry regulations .
Experience managing  NCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement processes .
Strong  coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Good knowledge of the  English language .
