Experteer Overview As CSA QA/QC Manager, you will lead the quality function on a flagship Milan data centre project, ensuring civil, structural, and architectural works meet specifications and regulatory standards. You drive a zero-defects culture by managing the QMS, ITPs, inspections, and close collaboration with construction and subcontractor teams. You will chair quality meetings, report progress to senior management and clients, and oversee snagging and handover documentation.

This role offers strategic responsibility within a market-leading contractor delivering high-profile, technically complex facilities across Europe.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the CSA quality function and maintain the project QMSDevelop, review and approve ITPs, method statements, and quality docs Oversee inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and standards

Coordinate with construction, engineering and subcontractors on quality requirements

Manage and coordinate the QA/QC team and site coverage

Monitor subcontractor performance, conduct quality audits, drive corrective actions

Chair quality meetings and report progress and compliance to management and clients

Manage snagging/desnagging via the digital platform and ensure timely close-out Ensure as-built docs, test records, and handover packs are completed on programme

Promote health and safety compliance with site management

Responsabilità

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 5+ years in QA/QC on large-scale construction projects

Strong knowledge of CSA construction methodologies, quality systems, and European regulations

Experience implementing and managing QA/QC systems on complex projects

Excellent understanding of inspection procedures, documentation control, and handover

Demonstrated leadership managing teams and coordinating subcontractors

Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in digital quality management and construction reporting platforms
