Experteer Overview  In this role you will manage supplier and external manufacturer quality for ingredients, packaging, and product categories across the EMEA region. You’ll drive the supplier quality program, partner with regional factories and cross-functional teams, and lead improvement initiatives to ensure safe, compliant materials. You’ll influence vendors and internal stakeholders to support cost, quality, and new product development objectives.

Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met
Manage performance with suppliers and external manufacturers and implement improvement plans
Support cost reduction and new product development while safeguarding quality from design to first deliveries
Audit vendors to verify compliance with Campari Group quality standards
Provide ingredient and packaging expertise and analytical support for supplier readiness which informs category plans
Resolve raw material and vendor issues with manufacturing units
Mitigate supply chain risks related to suppliers to improve reliability
Oversee supplier-related systems (change control, NC/CAPA, quality agreements, specifications)
Guide project teams and affiliates on outsourced activities and roll out the new Vendors SAQ platform in EMEA
Track key quality indicators and oversee CAPA, deviations, complaints, and supplier QA activities
Collaborate with quality, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, regulatory, and vendors to ensure product and material compliance
Support R&D in production trials across supplier facilities
Coordinate with global SAQ team and EMEA Quality Director on activities
Perform other duties as assigned by Global SAQ team and EMEA Quality Director
Responsabilità   3+ years of relevant food industry supplier quality experience
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
GFSI Lead auditor certification
Knowledge of HACCP, risk management, sanitation in food manufacturing
Experience managing multi-country vendors
Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial
Bachelor degree in Food Science or equivalent Applied Science
Advanced knowledge of beverage and spirits product category, quality systems, and food safety principles
Experience in quality assurance in regulated food & beverage environments
Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
