Quality control coordinator

About the Role
Zeeco, Inc. is hiring a mid-level Quality Control Coordinator. This full‑time role is based in Milan, Italy. The position focuses on coordinating quality control activities across multiple projects and vendors, ensuring timely communication and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities
Act as the focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers, ensuring they are submitted promptly and in exhaustive detail.

Timely scheduling and allocation of agency inspector, No

Bo, and QC engineer attendance for specific quality control activities, including pre‑inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing.

Maintain registers of inspection notifications across multiple projects with multiple vendors/sub‑contractors.

Assemble and compile manufacturing record books and manufacturing data records (MDR) according to approved indexes.

Prepare data to support quality management reviews and report system improvements.

Qualifications
Experienced in coordination/administration within an engineering/manufacturing environment, preferably in the energy or industrial applications sector.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Share Point

Excellent communicator, verbal and written, in Italian and English

Excellent team player

Resourceful, well‑organised, highly dependable, efficient, and detail‑oriented

Confident and assertive

Experience working in a fast‑paced heavy‑engineering or manufacturing environment.

Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills.

Ability to use initiative and make autonomous decisions.

Experience working in an ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) environment.

Compensation
€40,000 - €50,000 a year

Location
Milan, Italy (on‑site).
