CSL is seeking a senior operations leader to define ecosystem COS standards for QA/QC and oversee the CSL Operation System deployment across sites in Milano and beyond. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, coach senior leaders, and align global processes while building maturity and value across functions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical or business field with 10+ years’ experience, Lean/Six Sigma proficiency, and a track record in Lean production systems.
