Senior QHSE Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

· Support the Manager in the development, implementation, maintenance and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety and Environment) within the company;

· Act as technical point of contract for site-based safety. Conduct field inspections and behavioral safety audits, providing expert guidance to site managers to ensure immediate risk mitigation.

· Support the identification of training needs and design specialized coaching programs for high-risk activities and the promotion of a proactive safety culture

· Support/Plan and excute the annual internal audit schedule. Collaborate for external certification bodies during surveillance and renewal audits.

Requirements

· At least 8/10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in large-scale Civil Construction, Engineering or complex Infrastructure sectors. Proven track record as a ASPP in field-based roles.

· Degree or diploma in technical disciplines (Engineering preferred).

· Attendance of specific training courses for ASPP (Modules A,B,).

· Attendance of Lead/Internal Auditor courses (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

· Fluent in English

Pacchetto retributivo
Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) a partire da € 50k + bonus 9% + buoni pasto da 10€
Possibilità di smart working 2 giorni a settimana
Sede di lavoro:  Milano (sede vicina a Metro)
