About the project:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral fellow to work on a project funded by the Italian Ministry of Health, focused on understanding the reprogramming of the tumor draining lymph node (TDLN) in melanoma. The successful candidate will investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms the transcriptional and phenotypic reprogramming of stromal and immune cells in TDLNs. The successful candidate will have access to advanced 3D dynamic culture systems, single cell RNA sequencing, spectral flow cytometry and preclinical models of cancer.
Who we are looking for:
Applicants with a Ph.D. in cancer biology, immunology or equivalent research experience;
Hands-on experience in flow cytometry, confocal imaging and pre-clinical models of cancer;
Ability to teamwork, a solution-oriented attitude, and excellent organization skills;
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are expected.

Type of contract: based on experience;
Duration: renewable up to 3 years;
