SALES ASSISTANT‑TEMPORARY CONTRACT
PART TIME – MILAN
As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.

YOUR TASKS:

Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele, adopting a customer centric approach.

Engaging new customers for our customer retention program and attracting them with our latest promotion and boutique campaigns.

Merchandise management.

Arranging the store and creating an exceptional and customized customer experience through storytelling and powerful questions.

Processing information via MS Office.

YOUR PROFILE:

2-4 years of relevant retail experience.

Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends.

Understanding of retail KPIs.

Strong sales skills.

Willing to work flexibly.

Reliable, even in stressful situations.

Proactive and independent attitude with a well-developed sense of responsibility.

Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
