Recognized for our innovative collections, high-quality standards, and customer-centric approach, we pursue an ambitious international expansion strategy. To support our continued development, we are recruiting a District Manager – Italy to lead and develop our retail network across the Italian market.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The District Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the assigned region, including sales growth, operational excellence, team leadership, and customer experience. The role ensures the achievement of business objectives while maintaining the highest brand and service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of turnover and profitability targets.
Analyze sales KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Set performance objectives for Store Managers and ensure consistent follow-up.
Actively support store teams on the sales floor to improve selling skills and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with HQ and marketing teams to deploy impactful commercial actions.
Leadership & Talent Development
Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
Monitor performance, provide continuous feedback, and implement development plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and KPIs.
Promote a strong performance culture and customer-oriented mindset.
Operations Management and Visual Merchandising
Ensure operational excellence across all assigned stores.
Guarantee compliance with security and cash control procedures.
Ensure consistency of brand image across all points of sale.
Human Resources
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Support training programs and continuous development initiatives.
Handle HR-related matters in collaboration with the HR department.
PROFILE
Minimum 5 years’ experience in international retail environments.
At least 2 years’ experience as District Manager, ideally in fashion, accessories, jewelry, or premium retail.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Agility is the key word.
Excellent organizational skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.
