Responsibilities
The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand

Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs

Build up a loyal clientele

Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor

Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitor’s trading activities

Operations:
Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company

Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, improving and developing the business

Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.)

Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor

Involved in stock and inventory

Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor

Maintain merchandising standards

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts

Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality

Must be customer-oriented

Action and sales oriented

Excellent customer service attitude

Strong communication skills

Luxury product knowledge

Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
