The position serves as a strategic bridge between global merchandising, distribution channels and partners to maximize commercial opportunities across the region.
Define and execute seasonal assortment strategies across all categories, aligning with global guidelines and APAC commercial priorities.
Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance KPIs for all categories.
Communicate regional trends and business opportunities to global merchandising and design teams.
Review performance and collaborate on tailored assortments to grow the business.
Prepare weekly and seasonal reporting highlighting wins, risks, and commercial opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
~4+ years of merchandising experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
~ proficiency in Excel and merchandising tools.
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.
~ Fluent in English and Italian; additional asian languages are a plus.
~ Willingness to travel across the region.
