ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Team Manager, you are a key driver of performance, team engagement and operational excellence. Leading by example on the sales floor, you embody Jacquemus’ ADN, while ensuring an exceptional client experience, strong commercial results and optimal stock management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead,motivate and inspire theteamon the salesfloor,fosteringa positive,energetic and high-performingteamspirit.
Coach and develop
Client
Advisorsthroughregularfeedback, on-the-spot coaching androlemodeling.
Ensureteamengagement,energyandalignmentwith
Jacquemus’ valuesthroughouttheseason.
Supportonboardingand training of newteammembers,ensuringrapidintegrationandoperationalefficiency.
Actas astrongrelaybetweentheteamand store management.
Customer Experience&Clienteling
Lead byexampleindeliveringwarm,personalizedandmemorableclientexperiences.
Ensure a consistent andelevatedserviceleveladaptedto an international anddemandingseasonalclientele.
Support theteamindevelopingstrongclientelinghabits and building long-termclientrelationships.
Beactivelypresenton thefloorduringpeakhoursto drive engagement, conversion and client satisfaction.
Sales Performance
Drive sales performance andcontributetoachievingstoretargetsthroughactivefloorleadership.
Monitorindividualandteam

Stock Management & Store Operations
Takeownershipof stock management,ensuring accuracy,availability and optimalproductflow.
Overseedeliveries, stockorganization,replenishmentandinventoryprocesses.
Monitor stocklevelsandanticipateneedsto support sales performance andvisualstandards.
Ensureshrinkagepreventionand compliancewithstockprocedures.
Supportinventorycountsandguaranteedatareliability.
Ensuredailyoperationsandcompanypoliciesarefollowedwithrigorandconsistency.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
Ensurethe storeconsistentlyreflects
Jacquemus’aesthetic:clean,sunnyandeffortlesslyelegant.
Guaranteevisualmerchandising standards arerespectedandmaintainedthroughouttheday.
