Retail IT Engineer Lead

Experteer Overview As a seasoned Retail IT Manager, you will lead the UK and EU retail technology landscape. You’ll drive POS upgrades, store openings, and infrastructure refreshes while guiding end-to-end deployments with budget discipline. You’ll collaborate with Retail Operations, Helpdesk, and Security to align IT with business needs, and manage vendor partners to ensure high availability of CRM, mPOS, and store networks.

This role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic IT planning in a fast‑growing, purpose‑led company. You will help shape retail tech evolution at Tory Burch and contribute to an exceptional customer and employee experience.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead planning, execution, and support of retail IT initiatives (POS upgrades, store openings, infrastructure refreshes)
Own end-to-end lifecycle of retail technology deployments with timely delivery and budget adherence

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Retail Operations, Helpdesk, Security) to align IT solutions with business needs

Manage vendor relationships and external partners for hardware, software, and network services

Ensure high availability and performance of retail applications (CRM, mPOS, store network)
Monitor system health, incident trends, and support metrics for continuous improvement

Participate in strategic planning for retail technology evolution and innovation

ResponsabilitàMinimum 8 years IT experience; at least 6 in a retail environment

Proven track record deploying modern POS systems and retail applications

Strong understanding of retail operations, store infrastructure, and customer‑facing technologies

Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus Willingness to travel across UK and EU regions
