Lead, coach and empower a team to achieve deliver exceptional customer experiences, sales excellence and ensure efficient store operations through positive and collaborative leadership.
Responsibilities
Act as a true Prada Ambassador and role model, consistently demonstrating the brand’s values and commitments.
Coach, lead and inspire Beauty Advisors to achieve their sales targets.
Monitor KPIs and provide qualitative feedback to elevate performance.
Oversee inventory management (stock, testers, samples, and other selling tools) to prevent shortages or loss.
Develop and maintain strong relationships within colleagues and foster a collaborative environment among all store categories.
Drive, motivate and create a positive working atmosphere within the team.
Ensure exceptional and personalized client experience, building strong relationships and driving client loyalty.
Handle client requests, concerns and objections with professionalism and expertise.
Collaborate with CRM team to enhance client loyalty.
Continuously upskill to adapt to luxury, beauty and brand values.
Knowledge and Skills
Proven experience in beauty retail.
Passion and strong knowledge of beauty & fragrances categories.
Leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to elevate team performance.
Data-Driven mindset with solid understanding of KPIs.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and leveraging Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
High cross-cultural agility, with the ability to adapt communication and leadership style to diverse teams and clients.
Make-up Artist certification is considered a plus.
Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages are desirable.
