Main tasks
Support in updating the partners catalogues with all the necessary products’ information
Support in managing the orders and in creating all the necessary documentation for their processing, from packing lists to invoices and to their archiving
Management of the export process, including the handling of the related documentation up to invoicing rispectiong all the rules
Coordinating with the logistics team and the boutique team for the processing of the requests
Responsible for the Customer Care
Support in the analysis, calendarization and implementation of the promotions
Being proactive in analyzing the performances of the stock on each channel and in suggesting strategies
Ideal Profile
Strong knowledge of Excel is a must
Good knowledge of all the tax aspects of invoicing
English fluency is mandatory
Proactive attitude
Previous experience in e-commerce and Atelier
98 knowledge are highly appreciated
Strong interest and sensitivity for the fashion and luxury world
