Visual Merchandiser in store Supervisor – UNIQLO Cordusio

Responsibilities

Style campaign‑oriented mannequins considering market trends

Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the store

Implement store layout plans according to management guidelines

Construct and install pan‑European window decorations and campaign stylings

Inspect and correct VM elements (mannequins, displays, lighting and other VM equipment)
Participate in meetings with store management to raise VM issues and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experience

Know product functionalities and availability to promote them

Qualifications

Right to work in Italy Fluent Italian; additional English language desirable

Ability to work flexible hours on weekends and public holidays

Previous experience as visual merchandiser with styling skills and high creativity spirit

In‑depth knowledge of local fashion market and latest trend awareness
