Responsibilities

Personalize products with embossing, engraving, and the art of folding.
Welcome and greet our clients, sharing the Buly story and heritage.
Provide support to the sales team in all aspects of customer service and sales operations.
Passionately share your knowledge about our products' cosmetics and our brand's history.
Advise our clients on different product categories.
Maintain and develop relationships with our clientele.
Participate in ancillary tasks contributing to the boutique's overall objectives.
Handle cash transactions, opening, and closing the cash register.
Maintain the boutique at its level of excellence.

Qualifications

Dynamic and cheerful disposition.
First experience in sales, ideally.
Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation.
Curiosity and interest in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 brand.
Enjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clientele.
Other language is a plus.

Position available on full time, 12 months fixed‑term contract from July 2026, based in Milano - Via Brera 2.
