Nichebox is looking for a Perfume Specialist to join the team in our Porto Cervo seasonal store, representing the prestigious Clive Christian Perfume brand and delivering an exceptional luxury fragrance experience.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about fragrance, customer-focused, and experienced in luxury retail. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and bringing the world of Clive Christian to life through personalized service and memorable in-store experiences.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional one-to-one customer service and fragrance consultations
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to counter performance
Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and philosophy of Clive Christian
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Support the planning and execution of in-store events and activations
Maintain excellent merchandising, housekeeping, and visual standards at the counter
Collaborate with the wider retail team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in luxury retail or premium sales
Knowledge and passion for fragrance and luxury products
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A polished, professional, and detail-oriented approach
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Fluent in English; a second language is advantageous
