Brand Retail Activation Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you support selective and exclusive brand trade management within Sephora’s Offer Department, collaborating with Brand and European teams. You will implement Brand 360 plans and ensure in-store visibility, materials and timing alignment. You’ll coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain, manage brand promo mechanics and in-store activities, and support events and recruitment for Make Up Artists.

This is a dynamic, growth-oriented opportunity in Milan focused on customer‑centric retail and cross‑functional collaboration.

Retribuzione / Benefits Manage selective and exclusive brand trade in collaboration with Brand and European teams

Implement Brands 360 plans including in-store visibility, brand staff, and gifts (gwp)
Define pop materials and ensure compliance with European guidelines and delivery timing in stores

Coordinate periodic updates with Purchasing and Supply Chain respecting timelines

Share CRM and digital activities with internal departments and brands

Oversee brand extra‑visibility materials and mapping of tools with timing

Define and manage promotional mechanics and brand operations traffic

Coordinate special activities for store network with feasibility assessment and follow‑up Negotiate/co‑ordinate Brand staff calendars aligning with HQ and stores

Analyze main activities related to brand events and promotions

Support communication and marketing activities including recruitment of Make Up Artists for in‑store and PR events (e.g., Late Night Shopping, New Opening)
Responsabilità2/3 years of experience in similar roles

English/Italian is a must

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point Good knowledge of Retail dynamics and KPIs understanding
