We are partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion house to recruit an experienced Store Manager for its boutique in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven retail leader to join a prestigious brand renowned for its strong creative vision, exceptional craftsmanship, and loyal international clientele.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the boutique's overall performance, ensuring an elevated client experience, driving commercial success, and developing a high-performing team. You will act as a true ambassador for the brand while maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance and achieve boutique targets through strong leadership and commercial focus
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to maximise individual and collective performance.
Foster a client-centric culture with a strong emphasis on clienteling and long-term relationship building.
Analyse KPIs and implement action plans to continuously improve results.
Develop relationships with local and international VIP clientele.
Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, and operational standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service, and brand representation.

About You
Proven experience as a Store Manager within luxury fashion, accessories, or premium retail.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
Experience working with demanding local and international clientele.
Strong understanding of KPIs, clienteling, and luxury retail operations.
Highly organised, professional, and results-oriented.
Fluent Italian and English is essential.
