About the Role
Missoni is looking for a  Retail Operations Specialist  to support the daily operations of its retail network, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across all stores.
The role will work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain and other corporate functions to optimize store processes, support business initiatives and contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the retail network, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Monitor store performance through operational KPIs and prepare regular reports and analyses.
Coordinate retail operational activities, ensuring timely execution of company initiatives and projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and enhance store efficiency.
Support inventory management activities, stock accuracy and operational best practices.
Assist with the implementation of new operational procedures, tools and retail systems.
Provide operational support for store openings, relocations and refurbishment projects.
Manage and update operational documentation, guidelines and manuals.
Act as a point of contact for stores, providing timely support on operational matters.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions that enhance operational performance.

Profile
2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations or a similar role, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion industry.
Good understanding of retail operations and store processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and retail systems is considered a plus.
Fluent in English;
Availability to travel occasionally.
