The Role:

As the Product Manager for Italy, you will be a pivotal member of the local Mar Com team. Your core mission will be to empower our boutiques to excel, drive the growth of each product category through strategic launches and engaging animations, and effectively address local market needs. You will be instrumental in executing the Maison's strategy, ensuring operational excellence while deeply understanding and responding to the Italian market context.

This role requires close collaboration with both regional teams and retail partner.

What are we expecting from you?

As the Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Marketing & Market Intelligence:

Act as an ambassador for the marketing and product strategy within the Italian market.

Actively participate in the yearly planning process and contribute new ideas based on local business insights.

Benchmark local competitors, analyze the competitive landscape, and advise on proactive market positioning.

Collaborate closely with Boutiques to gather feedback, ensuring alignment and consistency with local needs.

Product Launch & Animation Management:

Lead product launches at the local level, leveraging the 360 toolbox and inter-guidelines/strategy (e.g., boutique animations, countdowns, stories, VM, media, events, PR).Provide forecasts for new products, challenge boutique typologies/quantities, and manage allocation between boutiques.

Adapt product training materials and liaise with local trainers to upskill boutiques on new products.

Gather feedback on new collections (sales, qualitative assessment, returns) and coordinate with other departments for regular reports and post-event analyses of major launches.

Create and/or adapt tools to support local sales (e.g., Launch documents, Newsletters).Be accountable for all product-related topics, including highlighting collections, savoir-faire demonstrations, and co-validation of visual merchandising.

Create and/or adapt tools for events in collaboration with the region (e.g., HJ event Booklet, Price list).Sales Performance & Stock Optimization:

Propose local sales budgets and Latest Estimates (LE) by product and boutique to the region, in collaboration with the retail team (including unique pieces sales planning).Monitor monthly performance, analyze local sales, and define action plans in collaboration with Retail teams.

Manage sales commitments status and address issues as needed.

Challenge and provide qualitative feedback on local sales forecasts (target turnover per boutique & product line) on best-sellers, escalating alerts/risks (e.g., shortage).Challenge model stocks for boutiques and monitor stock with external partners (e.g., travel retail).Choose/express needs on boutiques HJ assortments and share "Range status" updates with boutiques.

Define and roll-out appropriate action plans to support boutiques in boosting sales (e.g., selling tools, challenges, boutique animations).Address counterfeit issues in collaboration with the RCH IP team.

Allocate unique pieces stock between boutiques and share a wish list for HJ events (unique pieces) in collaboration with Retail.

Manage stock transfers for CPs and boxes rotation (availability requests).Pricing & Special Orders Coordination:

Validate prices into the system and communicate them to partners.

Alert on pricing issues/discrepancies, also per product category.

Escalate changes on pricing legislation (e.g., custom taxes, VAT) in collaboration with Retail.

Order CCL and filter boutiques' HJ special orders requests, escalating them to the Region.

Liaise with the Regional team on the development of special orders and with the boutique on progress, timing, price, and transformation…
