Luxury Retail Intern: Client Advisor & Store Experience

Position Within the Loro Piana store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of sales activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand’s values.

This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high-end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector and developing relational and organizational abilities.

Job Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting customers in the boutique

Supporting the sales process and post-sales activities

Contributing to maintaining the store’s image according to Loro Piana standards

Managing stock, visual merchandising, and back-office tasks

Assisting in the preparation and management of in-store events

Profile

Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields

Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit

Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Availability of working in shifts, including weekends
