Responsibilities
Developing end-user customers relationship and applications to drive growth of the Flexographic Printing Tape portfolio, executing demand generation programs
Partnering with channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs
Translating division strategies into accountable partner plans, clearly articulating the flexo tapes value proposition, delivering regular territory updates
Aligning with product managers and leveraging prepress houses and industry associations to extend reach
Working cross-functionally with marketing, technical service, pricing and supply chain to remove barriers and accelerate wins
Meeting or exceeding designated sales quota in the assigned territory
Providing key market and customer insights to Industrial Specialties Division portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers and leadership
Effectively and consistently managing your opportunity pipeline, while conducting strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region.
Requirements
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials/Polymer Science, or related fiel
d7+ years in B2B industrial sale
sCurrent valid Driver’s licens
eFluent Italia
nStrong business English (written and verbal
)Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamwor
kCustomer-first, outcomes-oriented, organized, and reliable under deadlin
Preferred qualifications
e:4+years of Flexographic Printing or Printing Industry experien
ce Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling and product demonstration experien
