Position: Talent Pool Sales & Account Management (all genders)
Overview Join Holidu's Milan Sales & Account Management team through our talent pool for future opportunities. In this role you will engage in sales or account management activities, building strong relationships with hosts and partners while driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support onboarding, optimization, and events to grow Holidu’s presence in the region. This is a chance to contribute to a fast‑growing, international tech company that values ownership and continuous improvement.

Benefits Identify and reach out to vacation rental owners (primarily via cold calling)
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving targets

Travel within your region to meet partners and gain market insights

Contribute to local events and initiatives to grow Holidu’s presence

Be the main point of contact for hosts using our platform in Italy Northwest Support onboarding and ensure a smooth go-live process

Advise hosts on optimizing performance and growing their business

Build long‑term relationships through regular check‑ins and business reviews

Analyze account performance and implement data‑driven improvements

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, etc.) to enhance partner experience

Organize networking and community events for hosts

Responsabilità

Strong interest in Sales and/or Account Management Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Proactive, hands‑on and target‑driven mindset

Structured, solution‑oriented working style

Customer‑centric attitude with problem‑solving skills

Near‑native Italian and fluent English Driver’s license
