As a Junior Account Executive you will drive outbound sales activities and prospecting and connect with companies to understand their challenges and identify new opportunities.
Lead Generation : conduct in-depth research to uncover high-potential customers across diverse channels—online research, social media, industry events, and prospecting tools. Use advanced techniques to create a robust pipeline of highly qualified leads.
Own the entire Sales Cycle : take charge of the full sales process—from initiating outbound calls and emails to engaging potential clients. Qualify their business needs, offer tailored Odoo product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the buying journey until closing the deal.
Demonstrate Odoo product : demonstrate the latest apps, features, and product updates to end-users, ensuring they experience firsthand the value and impact Odoo can bring to their business.
1 or 2 years of experience in outbound sales: in a BDR/ SDR role or in a full sales cycle position
~ Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting is a must
~ Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B2/C1)
~ Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive customer experience
Technical Curiosity – Genuine interest in understanding how our software product and IT solutions work.

Pioneer our new Outbound Sales Department : you will be hands-on from day one helping shape its strategy, processes, and culture from the ground up
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle: from defining the strategy, managing the first contacts, nurturing the relationship with the client all the way to closing the contract (not just making initial phone calls!)
