KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Elaborate analysis on a daily/weekly/Monthly base on business performance
Support in the optimization of stock levels across Regions maximizing sales opportunities and improving inventory efficiency
Develop a clear understanding of competitors’ strategies, brand positioning and pricing.
Collect and analyze strategic trends and key market information in order to identify and maximize future sales opportunities. xpavfwm
Support in the definition of the collection brief (prices, function of use, trends).
Support Markets and Sales teams throughout the buying campaign by preparing and maintaining commercial tools, assortment guidelines, product presentations, and collection documentation to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across Regions
EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year in Merchandising or similar role (preferably in fashion or luxury industry)
Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT
Solid analytical skills
Product sensitivity
Fluent in Italian and English
