Enterprise Account Executive

Location :
Northern Italy (preferably Milan or Turin)
Salary :
Up to €110K base
Own a €2M territory with major enterprise accounts and help drive 30% growth across Italy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, selling complex solutions to large organisations  (must have).
Extensive experience across manufacturing, automotive, retail or adjacent industrial sectors  (must have).
Established relationships across Northern Italy, particularly Milan and Turin.
Proven success winning enterprise customers, expanding existing accounts and consistently achieving quota.
Fluency in Italian and English  (must have).

About the Role:

Own the industrial territory across Northern Italy, covering manufacturing, automotive and retail.
Grow 7-8 existing enterprise accounts while identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities.
Build a new-business pipeline, balancing a 70% existing-customer and 30% new-logo focus.
Lead opportunities end to end, partnering with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Channel teams.
Take clear ownership of territory strategy and revenue growth across a market with significant untapped potential.
