Senior Account Executive, Enterprise

A senior account executive in enterprise sales typically needs a track record of selling complex software to large financial institutions. The role asks for someone who can build relationships with compliance, risk, and legal leaders, understand their regulatory pressures, and guide long sales cycles. A strong candidate brings experience in financial technology or compliance software and can speak credibly about market abuse and conduct risk.
How it fits the AI era
AI is changing sales by automating research, lead scoring, and routine follow ups, which frees account executives to focus on understanding client problems and building trust. The human parts that remain are listening to a compliance officer's real concerns, navigating internal politics, and crafting a business case that fits a bank's risk appetite. This role sits at the intersection of AI product and human relationship, so the ability to explain how neural language models detect abuse without over promising is valuable.
How it builds AI experience
Working here would build AI experience by selling a platform that applies neural language models to surveillance, so an account executive would learn how these models are trained, validated, and deployed in regulated settings. That knowledge comes from customer conversations, product demos, and internal training on model outputs and false positives. Over time, this role could develop into a specialist in AI driven compliance solutions, a growing niche in finance.
