Position: Software Product Assurance Manager (m/f) Ref.PA_2026_SWPA
Overview Experteer Overview In this role you ensure software product assurance for embedded, mission-critical systems across space projects. You work with software development and acquisition teams to uphold quality standards and manage lifecycle reviews. You interface with customers, internal teams, and the PA manager to address software aspects of qualification and nonconformances. This position supports challenging space software in a cross-functional, standards-driven environment with international collaboration.

Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure software product assurance for embedded software in mission-critical systems

Verify compliance with Software Quality standards across development and acquisition

Participate in planned Software Project Reviews throughout the lifecycle

Report and manage SPRs and NCRs related to software

Interface with internal software development teams

Coordinate software aspects of qualification with PA manager

Interface with customers on software quality topics

ResponsabilitàUniversity degree preferred;
Technical Diploma with 10 years’ aerospace software experience considered

Experience as software developer for real-time, mission-critical software in space or related sectors

Knowledge of software development processes and life cycles

Experience with software requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS)
Knowledge of software static analysis and metrics tools

Knowledge of MISRA C coding standard

Knowledge of software verification techniques (testing, inspections)
Familiarity with ECSS/DO-178C and other relevant standards (AQAP
2210, ISO 26262, IEC series)
Knowledge of software configuration management

Knowledge of EN9100:2018

Good command of MS Office in Windows Working proficiency in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali
