CRM Junior Consultant

Experteer Overview  In this role you help clients transform their customer engagement through CRM and digital capabilities. You join the Digital Customer Team in Milan to support CRM design, development, and related innovations like GenAI and marketing automation. You’ll work on configuring CRM suites, defining requirements, and ensuring successful deployments with clear documentation. The position blends hands‑on technical work with collaboration across cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities   Configure and customize CRM solutions using low‑code/no‑code tools and common programming languages
Collaborate to define new functional requirements to strengthen client competitive advantage
Support deployment of new releases, perform testing and debugging, monitor performance, and document improvements
Qualifications   Master in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C, C++, etc.)
SQL knowledge for relational databases
Strong organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office
Excellent English (study/work abroad preferred)
Familiarity with Generative AI (definition, training engines)
