Experteer Overview In this Senior Technical Artist role, you bridge creative teams and the Unreal Engine pipeline to ensure art integrates seamlessly while preserving artistic vision and technical constraints. You will develop and maintain tools and workflows that empower artists and streamline the engine integration for high-quality content. You’ll diagnose production challenges, optimize assets, and document processes to keep the pipeline efficient.

You join a cross-functional team focused on world-class production and creative impact. This is an opportunity to shape the art workflow within Monks’ Unreal-based production ecosystem.

Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate with generalists to bring 3D art into Unreal Engine Support artists using the 3D art pipeline and engine tools

Provide hands‑on guidance on asset performance, optimization, and validation

Review workflows and identify opportunities for tool and pipeline improvements

Develop Unreal Engine art pipeline tools and extensions with a focus on usability

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the Unreal Engine asset pipeline

Work with artists and QA to diagnose and fix production challenges

Ensure documentation is accessible and up to date for artists and technical teams

Inspire and empower the art team to optimize workflows and processes

Responsabilità

Unreal Engine Blueprints expertise

Experience developing tools within Unreal Engine Experience building configurators, automation tools, or similar systems

Programming knowledge (C++ and/or Python)

Experience with USD (Universal Scene Description)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of rigging (Control Rig), shading, materials, rendering pipelines (real‑time and offline)
Proficiency in Maya or Blender

Experience with premium brands, high‑end productions, or automotive industry

Excellent problem‑solving, time management, teamwork, and communication abilities

Ability to work effectively under deadlines

Fluent in English;
German a plus Quick learner with willingness to share knowledge, self‑motivated, strong attention to detail

Natural curiosity and proactive mindset
