AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continual access to innovation. We work on challenging supply chain problems, and are looking for talented people to help.

Logistics Specialists monitor inventory levels to maintain stock for build and repair activities, receive parts, maintain inventory, and check‑out parts to Data Center Technicians and Engineers. They load, unload, and move parts between locations, frequently lifting materials and products while keeping precise records of all commodities entering and leaving the company.

Key Responsibilities

Review Data Center inventory, inbound shipments, and ongoing demand to ensure proper stock levels.

Work with the Logistics Manager to create plans that optimize the flow of parts throughout their lifecycle.

Collaborate with Data Center Operations Technicians and Engineers to fulfil parts quickly and accurately.

Collaborate with Procurement and Hardware Engineering to purchase parts and interface with vendors for RMAs and replacements.

Perform data entry and resolve queries from peer organizations.

Maintain up‑to‑date metrics dashboards and create reports for internal and external suppliers and management.

Assemble, address, stamp, and arrange for shipment of merchandise and materials.

Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick‑ups to and from production locations.

Keep precise records of all commodities flowing in and out of the company.

Safety

Understand all aspects of production and adhere to strict safety standards.

Maintain very high levels of quality.

Physical Requirements

Manual handling and lifting of equipment required (weight limits per regulations).

Handle incoming shipments, unpack boxes, and verify contents.

Work in noisy areas with extreme temperatures.

Basic Qualifications

Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance and stock control functions.

Fluency in English.

Valid EU driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with logistics equipment (carts, pallet jacks).

Previous logistics/warehouse experience.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
