Campus Logistics Manager - Italy
An opportunity to lead site logistics on a major data centre construction project, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and coordination of materials, deliveries, transport, and site access. This role is critical to maintaining site productivity, safety, and operational efficiency across a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all on‑site and off‑site storage areas.
Oversee delivery scheduling and booking systems to ensure efficient site operations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, security teams, and suppliers to manage deliveries and site access.
Implement and maintain material call‑off processes to support project requirements.
Monitor and coordinate crane, hoist, and vertical transport usage.
Lead delivery planning and logistics coordination meetings.
Act as the key link between site logistics, security, and project teams.
Support accommodation, vehicle, and transport requirements for site personnel.
Ensure materials are received, stored, and distributed in line with project priorities.

Key Requirements

Experience managing logistics on large‑scale construction projects; data centre experience is advantageous.
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to coordinate complex site operations and resolve logistical challenges.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
