Sum Up is seeking a Junior Credit Management Analyst fluent in Italian to join our Milan office. You will work with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care to resolve overdue payments, manage subscriptions and hardware financing cases, and keep customer accounts on track.
You’ll contact merchants by phone and email, negotiate repayment agreements, collaborate with debt collectors when needed, and read financial information across Sum Up platforms, primarily Salesforce.
